The University of Texas Longhorns are the latest basketball squad to get their own custom pairs of the beloved
Nike Hyperdunks. This colorway was made for the Longhorn's roadtrips and a yet to be seen colorway was made
as a “Home” colorway.
This Hyperdunk contains mostly black uppers, with the school’s signature orange accenting the heel, tongue, and sole.
Also, the school’s logo is featured on the tongue.
Being only a sample, the actual model could change before seeing them on the feet of Longhorn players. This style of
marketing by Nike, creating Hyperdunks for popular college teams, is the same method used to make
Nike Dunks (read history of Dunks) popular today. Maybe the Hyperdunk will be Nike's next great sneaker.
