As part of its Fall 2008 refresh, Nike iD Studios around the world refreshed with three models and a fresh new
palette of colors and material options. The Dunk Low and Dunk High gets a new selection of premium leathers with up to
twelve colors to choose from, including distressed metallic gold, silver and bronze.
For fabrics, used on the toebox, side-panels, tongue, upper heel and lining, three options are available. The first option
is mesh in three colors - black, white and grey. The second option is a floral jaquard in white or black.
The third option is based on a hero from the Olympics, the Dunk gets a pattern inspired by Jamaican runner Asafa
Powell a former world record holder as the fastest man on Earth.
The pattern takes on inspiration from the Jamaican colors as well the pattern from the cheetah.
