NiceKicks and Hip Hop models, that is what KicksAndChicks.com has developed an international following from. Launched in 2006, the website most known at one point for its sexy myspace layouts, is now for sale. As the founder of the project has committed himself to the Hip Hop 2011 market, he wants to step away from his second major internet brand.

"It's the right timing. I sold posters, calendars, layouts, wallpapers, t-shirts and more with the Kicks and Chicks brand. It was major fun traveling and working with the different Hip Hop models but I have to focus on myself now thanks to a fast moving music and entertainment career" says project founder Rodrick Rainey.

With over 40,000 backlinks pointing to the websites, fans have posted Kicks and Chicks content all over the web. Sneakers blogs have constantly posted pictures of models featured and forum users have also shared updates. One of the most popular names in sneakers culture on-line perhaps, if sold it could be a monumental moment in sneakers culture.

Launched in 2006, Kicks and Chicks first two models were Angie Marino and Janelle Stein. Both girls became Hip Hop video and print models, with Janelle Stein even being rated one of the sexiest girls in the US. Since then over 500 girls have applied for Kicks and Chicks from which only about ten percent were accepted.

The potential for Kicks and Chicks to be retained by Rainey is low but the budding music artist does not terminate the idea. "I had fun with that when i was 19, 20, 21 but now i'm looking to grow into my own spotlight and entertainment career. If I keep it, it would be to make a Hip Hop tee shirts line. Everybody replicated our idea on their line but nobody can be Kicks and Chicks better than KicksAndChicks.com," he explained.

The KicksAndChicks.com website is currently for sale on auction site, Flippa (click here). The current project can be purchased for only $11,100 (USD). With 8 buyers already following the auction, the NiceKicks and Hip hop models site is likely to sell before its' mid-September end.
